We just got set up with PaySimple for our recurring billing--we are a dance school. We've only been using for about a month or so, but so far so good. All payments were collected automatically from either a checking account or credit card--then deposited to our bank account. If this is the type of system you're looking for, I would definitely recommend.

Marston, I've heard that Paysimple (http://www.paysimple.com/) might offer what you're looking for. They might be a little more expensive, but they seem to offer a recurring payments solution.

Very nice, at a good time too as we're about to implement payment processing as well. I find it especially weird how fine of a line it is between processors and merchants to handle recurring payments and subscriptions :-\ We're building around paypal at the moment but hopefully we can find a good merchant to handle subscriptions like we want.
