Well, I’ll be representing Particletree at ycombinator’s Startup School in Boston this weekend. About 500 promising ideas are going to be holed up in Harvard University’s Science Center learning from a really impressive list of speakers.
Obviously, I’ll try to bring back as much information as possible. I believe they are going to be offering podcasts of the presentations in addition to the wiki and discussion forums for accepted attendees.
I think I’m most excited about the networking opportunities. It looks like there’s going to be a lot of really exciting people attending and so I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk around and pick people’s minds. If you’re attending, definitely seek me out. I’ll be wearing a brown corduroy jacket and a cartoon whale sticker.
Wow, the Woz is even speaking, any person involved in programming or computers in general is lucky see him speak. I’ll be at RubyConf this weekend, with an equally humbling number of attendees. I look forward to your recap.
Definately, keep us updated on what’s going down over there.
I’m looking forward to the podcast and I’m also hoping this event will be held annually so I’d have a chance to attend in the future.
I’d love to hear how it was once you’re back ;-)
Sweetest sticker ever.
Everyone needs a hug.
