&lt;p&gt;Tools -&#62; Options -&#62; Text Editor -&#62; HTML/XML -&#62; Format -&#62; Capitalization, then select &#8220;As Entered&#8221; on both drop down menues. Works for me. Still annoyed with the custom attribute on the body element and the custom meta tags VS adds tough..&lt;/p&gt;
